Include the page URL, the exact value or statement you observed, the observation time in UTC, and a link to the registry or provider source. For a tool issue, add the domain name and the visible error message. A dated quote or redacted screenshot can help distinguish a changed source from a parsing error.
Keep sensitive information out of the report
Do not send passwords, transfer authorization codes, payment-card data or private registrant documents. Sending an email is your choice; the checker and local shortlist do not send support messages automatically. Our privacy policy explains the site’s other data handling.
Registration and account support
